Fisher Client expanding London office seeks a further
solicitor for its banking, asset and project finance
team.We are looking for a solicitor with 0 to 2 years
experience in banking and/or asset finance. The position
is predominantly a general banking and finance role.
The work will involve acting for a wide variety of clients
on a range of banking and finance transactions.
The team advises on a wide range of banking, asset finance
and project transactions, including syndicated lending
transactions and property finance transactions (especially
hotel finance transactions) and much of the work is
of an international nature. The team also undertakes
aviation finance work and some shipping finance work.
Accordingly, the role is a general one that offers the
successful candidate the opportunity to undertake a
wide range of work.
