Fisher Clients expanding London office seeks a mid-level
solicitor for its banking, asset and project finance team.
We are looking for a solicitor with 2 to 4 years PQE and
specialized asset finance experience. The position is
predominantly an aviation finance role and aviation finance
expertise is essential. The work will involve acting for
a wide variety of clients in the aviation industry including
banks, lessors, airlines, operators, high net worth individuals
and maintenance companies.
The team advises on a wide range of banking, asset finance
and project transactions, including syndicated lending
transactions and property finance transactions (especially
hotel finance transactions) and much of the work is of
an international nature. Although the primary role is
aviation finance, the successful candidate must be willing
to undertake work in these other areas as necessary.
